Change your sport or country
Tap the underlined link near your profile name (or open Settings → Change sport or region) to walk through the onboarding screens again. Your bookings stay intact.
Biometric sign-in
Enable Face ID or fingerprint sign-in from Settings → Biometric login. Once on, opening the app just asks for your face/finger instead of your account password — much faster.
Sign out
Settings → Sign out. The app forgets your session; sign back in any time on this or another device to recover your tickets and bookings.
Delete your account
Tap Send Feedback in Settings, choose category General, and write “please delete my account”. We action deletions within 7 days. We retain booking records longer where law requires it (tax, anti-fraud).
Share PlayPlot
Settings → Share Appopens your phone's native share sheet with a pre-written message and the install link.
