How to host or join a private game with friends.

Public vs private

Public games — open to anyone who finds them on the home feed.
Private games — only people with your invite code or link can join.

Sharing a game

Open any of your bookings and tap Share. Pick WhatsApp, Messages, or Copy Link. The link looks like https://playplots.com/join/ABC123 and works two ways:

If your friend has the app installed, tapping the link opens PlayPlot straight on the join screen.
If they don't, the link opens a web preview with a button to install the app.

Joining via code

If someone gives you just the code (without a link), open Settings → Enter invite code and paste it in. Same result.

When the link stops working

Invite links auto-disable once the game reaches capacity, so you're not flooded with late joiners. The host can also manually disable a link from the game details screen.
