The Short Version

We collect the data necessary to guarantee your pitch booking and process your Mobile Money (MoMo) payments. We do not sell your data to marketers.

• From Players: Your name, email, and WhatsApp number (to send booking confirmations and QR passes).
• From Partners (Facility Managers): Facility details, verification documents (National IDs, business registration), and Mobile Money receiving numbers.

How We Use Your Data

• To process and verify transactions.
• To send real-time alerts about your bookings.
• To verify the legitimacy of partner facilities to prevent fraud.

Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud/Firebase). We do not store raw payment PINs or unauthorized MoMo credentials.
