Welcome to Play Plot
By using our platform (playplots.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Our Role (The Intermediary)
Play Plot is a digital booking software. We do not own, operate, or maintain the physical sports facilities listed on our platform.
For Players
You are booking time at a third-party facility. Play Plot is not liable for any physical injuries, lost items, or disputes that occur on the premises.
For Partners
You maintain full liability for the safety, maintenance, and operation of your physical turf. Play Plot acts solely as your digital payment and scheduling processor.
Service Interruptions (The Real World)
Play Plot guarantees the digital delivery of your booking pass. We are not responsible if a facility cancels a game due to weather, power outages, or double-booking errors made manually by the facility manager outside of our software.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to ban players who abuse the system (for example, fraudulent MoMo chargebacks) and partners who repeatedly fail to honor confirmed digital bookings.
