Refund Policy

The 24-Hour Rule

To protect our facility partners from empty pitches, we operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before kickoff: You are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before kickoff: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The slot is yours.

How Refunds Are Processed

All approved refunds are sent manually back to the original Mobile Money (MoMo) number used for the booking. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Facility-Initiated Cancellations (Weather and Power)

If a partner facility cancels your game due to heavy rain, flooded turfs, or power outages, the facility manager is responsible for authorizing the refund or providing a rescheduled slot. Play Plot will process the MoMo refund only after the facility manager confirms the cancellation in our system.
