Tickets — Active, Used, Expired
What each ticket status means and how to filter them.
The three states
- Active — upcoming bookings + games happening now. This is the default view.
- Used — bookings the partner already scanned at the venue.
- Expired — bookings whose time passed without being scanned (e.g. you didn't make it).
Switching views
Tap the dropdown in the top-right of the Tickets screen and pick the status you want. Each list is sorted newest-first.
Refunds
Expired bookings are treated as a no-show and are not refundable — the slot was held for you whether or not you attended. If the partner cancelled the game (weather, power, unsafe pitch), they authorize the refund through the Platform. See the full Refund Policy or the refund section in Payments & fees.
